Worked with small businesses and non-profits to provide systems administration, cloud setup, and ongoing IT support. Handled migrations, DNS management, and Google Workspace/Microsoft 365 deployments. Also built and maintained client websites.

Led a team supporting a 3000+ user hybrid Google/Windows environment. Took on a managerial role with the main client, helped train new team members, and collaborated across teams on projects and long-term planning.
